⭐ Rating: 4/5 I had dinner at the buffet of the Imperial Hotel and overall it was a great experience. The buffet is very well varied and the food is delicious, although some dishes were a bit too salty at times. The cocktails were excellent and definitely worth trying. The service was outstanding, and I want to give a special thank you to the wonderful Parmi. She was extremely professional, attentive, and always available to help us with a big smile. She truly made our evening unforgettable — a real heartwarming person and a highlight of our visit. Thank you to the whole team, and especially to Parmi, for making this dinner so enjoyable!

Love the ambiance and interior design here. Those chandeliers are so beautiful. I love how they design the rest with luxurious lighting and materials. Service is great, staff are attentive however I still feel like they are not professional enough because some of them are not helpful and quite unprofessional. This is a buffet restaurant, opening the door for guests who a had full plate on hands is the least they could do. I don’t say all of them but some, even those they saw us struggling opening the door but still didn’t bother to help. Some of the staff at the desserts counter was standing and talking to each other for so long that even i took 2-3 rounds and still there were there. Not being cruel to the staffs but to be honest, i feel uncomfortable because if they keep on talking to each other, I dont feel like interrupting just to ask them to take some cakes for me. Or even they block my view to see what are those cake they have for desserts. I understand that it is not as busy as other buffet restaurant so they get bored easily or they have a long days but I am a person who care about service more than anything else when I visit a restaurant. I could just come back to an average quality of food again and again if they make me feel that i am valuable to them because lets be honest, we all can cook the food at home but we come for the service besides the quality of food. I have been to so many restaurants/hotels that belong to Jumeirah group and the truth is some or their staff are not that well trained and professional. This hotel itself is my favorite spot however, just an honest review about staff so you guys can improve and have a better image in some of the picky guests like me. Generally I really enjoy the food and service here somewhat. The waiter that served us today was amazing. He was kind, patient and very polite to us. I forgot to ask his name to give him a compliment but for sure will come back to get his name.
